All renters are required to leave a credit card on file for damages, theft, or missing items.
Yes. All activities in and around the garage are recorded 24 Hours, 7 Days a week.

-Bookings require a valid Driver’s License, Credit Card, Proof of Insurance OR signed liability waiver, and deposit.
-All rentals are paid at the time of booking via Credit card.
Garage access is granted after your rental is confirmed. You will receive a unique code to access the building that will be active during your time, and it will expire after your rental is over.
