In consideration for being permitted to access and use the facilities of 921 Garage (the “Facility”), I hereby agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that working on or around vehicles, automotive tools, and heavy equipment involves risks of injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.
Release and Waiver:
I release, waive, and discharge 921 Garage, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation or presence at the Facility.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless 921 Garage against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from my actions or omissions.
Insurance:
I understand that I am responsible for obtaining my own liability and health insurance coverage. 921 Garage does not provide insurance for individuals or businesses using the Facility.
Responsibility for Property:
I understand that I am solely responsible for all personal tools, vehicles, and belongings brought into the Facility.
Compliance:
I agree to comply with all posted rules and safety procedures, and understand that failure to do so may result in termination of access to the Facility.
